The ACCM Schedule III Hotline provides medical cannabis organizations with a simple, direct way to access trusted information and qualified industry resources throughout the Schedule III transition. Callers may leave a message 24 hours a day, seven days a week, briefly describing their question, concern, or area of need.
The ACCM team will review the inquiry, identify the most appropriate policy, compliance, insurance, technology, operational, or educational resource, and connect with the caller—generally within 24 hours or less. The hotline provides education and navigation support to help organizations better understand the changing environment; it does not provide individualized legal, tax, or medical advice.
