Yes We Cann! supports National Medical Cannabis Day

National Medical Cannabis Day is a national call to action dedicated to advancing awareness, education, research, and patient access surrounding medical cannabis in the United States. Led in part through the efforts of Yes We Cann! and the American Council of Cannabis Medicine, the day brings together patients, physicians, researchers, advocates, industry leaders, policymakers, and community organizations to help shape the future of medical cannabis in the post–Schedule III era. It is a time to recognize the life-changing impact medical cannabis has had for millions of Americans while encouraging thoughtful advancement of research, physician education, expanded treatment options, and responsible national standards. 

National Medical Cannabis Day also serves as a powerful platform for advocacy and collaboration. Through conferences, educational programs, public awareness campaigns, and legislative and agency engagement efforts, supporters unite to promote expanded patient access, support veterans and chronic-care patients, encourage innovation, and protect the future of small businesses operating within the medical cannabis ecosystem. Most importantly, the day reinforces the growing national movement to normalize medical cannabis as a legitimate and accepted part of modern healthcare while building momentum for policies and programs that improve lives across the country.
