The American Council of Cannabis Medicine launched Yes We Cann! as its official national advocacy movement to help shape the future of medical cannabis in America. As the nation enters the post–Schedule III era, Yes We Cann! is focused on advancing research, expanding patient access, supporting veterans, protecting small businesses, and helping medical cannabis evolve into a recognized and standardized part of modern healthcare. Through education, outreach, and legislative engagement, the program is working to create a stronger national framework that promotes safe access, physician participation, expanded third-party payment coverage, and consistent standards across the industry. 

Yes We Cann! is a grassroots-driven movement powered by advocates who believe in the healing potential of medical cannabis and want to help drive meaningful change in their communities and across the country. The program is free to join and is built around active engagement, volunteer leadership, and real-time advocacy efforts designed to support expanded research, state program development, and broader public understanding. By building local networks of supporters and serving as force multipliers for awareness and action, Yes We Cann! members are helping shape a future where medical cannabis is treated like any other accepted medical treatment — accessible, research-backed, and focused on improving lives for millions of patients nationwide.
